I am glad to share that he has been visiting different places in Sikkim since yesterday, and was impressed by the cleanliness in the State. Attended the Pang Lhabsol celebrations at Rabongla. On the auspicious occasion, I offered prayers at Maneychokerling Gumpa for the welfare and well-being of the people of the State. Visited Gurung Buddha Gumpa at Dalapchand and offered prayers. I sanctioned Rs.25 lakhs in principle for the completion of constructional works of the Gumpa. I also advised the MLA of Chujachen Constituency to find ways and means to utilise Dalapchand Helipad as a tourist infrastructure and make it functional. Various demands were also placed by the Panchayats and I assured to fulfill all the genuine demands phasewise.

Rs.1,48,79,000/- for construction of link road from Rangang Busty to Upper Rangang, South Sikkim. 2. Visited Melli PHC and met the patients admitted there. Also interacted with doctors and nursing staff. I shared my views on improving the quality of health services being provided in the state including change in the behaviour of doctors and staff while treating patients. I assured to fulfill all requirements like posting of additional doctors, staff nurses, x-ray technician and ward attendents. Later I attended Shrimad Bhagwat Mahapuran at Melli Bazaar and offered prayers for the wellbeing of Sikkim and the Sikkimese people.
