The beneficiaries of CRHM are selected by the Panchayats through Ward and Gram Sabhas after fulfilling the stipulated norms. They have two kinds of house models to choose from, Model ‘A’ with a grant of Rs 3.5 lakhs and Model ‘C with a slab roof, with a grant of Rs. 4 lakhs housing grant to a household already residing in a house to convert it into a pucca structure of approved design.
